Callan is a designer, filmmaker and certified lovely man. He specialises in design for screen.

He was raised on the sandy beaches of the Sunshine Coast, Callan knew he was a city kid at heart and fled to Melbourne as soon as his legs would carry him. Once there he completed a Bachelor of Film and Television. Callan began his career undertaking various film and design projects for clients including EMI, Oxfam and the Department of Education. As Callan worked, played and explored his love of design grew; it grew until there was nothing left for Callan to do but to enrol in a Masters of Graphic Design and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Callan loves film and Design. He loves it almost as much as he loves writing in the third person.
